🌨️ Winter is making a comeback in Wales! After weeks of rain, get ready for some snow as temperatures drop across the region. The Met Office is predicting a snowy blanket to cover the hills just in time for the weekend. While parts of northern England and Scotland face heavier weather warnings, Wales might experience a gentler touch of snow over higher terrain.

Friday, February 13th, will kick off with rain turning to snow over the hills, moving southward as the day progresses. Expect sunny spells later in the day, but also watch out for frost and icy patches in the evening as temperatures hover around 6°C max.
Saturday promises to be drier and brighter—a brief respite before the wintry mix of rain and snow returns on Sunday. The wet weather will take a pause, only to resume towards the evening, rolling in a fresh wave of snow over the hills by midnight.

As you plan your weekend, keep an eye on those areas that could see up to 4mm of snow per hour in some spots on Friday! Whether you’re hoping for a snowy adventure or just cuddling up indoors, make sure you stay warm and safe! ❄️🌬️
