🏉 Tough week for Wales Rugby! After a challenging defeat to England, head coach Steve Tandy reflects on a “prickly” few days. It wasn’t the start Wales had hoped for in the Six Nations, going down 48-7 at Twickenham. Tandy admits it’s bitterly disappointing, especially after feeling good progress was made in the autumn.

It’s all about honesty and hard work this week. Tandy and the team are going deep into reviews to turn things around. As they gear up for a clash against France in Cardiff on Sunday, they’ve got a lot to prove. Tandy has reshuffled the line-up with Rhys Carre, Tomas Francis, Olly Cracknell, and Joe Hawkins stepping up to start. For Francis, it’s a long-awaited return in the Welsh jersey since the World Cup in 2023.

“It means everything,” he shares, eagerly anticipating lining up for the anthem at the Principality Stadium. 🏟️
