However, not everyone’s convinced it’ll work. “How are they going to police it?” one sceptic asked. Good question! Rumour has it some Tesco stores are using cameras – but does it work?
Parents-to-be, take note! While using these bays may be OK if you’re pregnant, it can vary by store. Tesco has confirmed that pregnant women needing extra space should be fine, but it’s best to check in with your local branch.
The debate rages on! While some drivers without kids confessed to occasionally using the spots, others reminded us of the struggle parents face trying to get kids out of the car in cramped spaces.
