🎉 Big news for Swansea City fans: The Doggfather is coming to town! 🎉
Snoop Dogg is set to make his first-ever visit to the Swansea.com Stadium next week, and he can’t wait to see the famous Jack Army in full force. The legendary rapper turned minority investor will be cheering on Swansea City during their midweek clash against Preston North End.
In a fun social media video, Snoop shared his excitement about the visit: “Uh-oh. Tuesday, February 24. Swansea in Wales. That’s right. I’ll be at the game and I need to see you at the game too. Let’s go Swansea. Represent one time. Your Dogg will be at the game. Spread the word.”
Snoop joins a unique club of celebrity investors at Swansea City, following in the footsteps of football star Luka Modric and lifestyle guru Martha Stewart, who caught a match last December.
Head coach Vitor Matos admits there’s a buzz in the air over the rapper’s visit but assures fans that the team’s focus is firmly on securing those vital points. “It’s always good when an owner of the club comes. Everyone’s really excited,” Matos said. “But the main focus is the game. We’re thrilled to have him and hope for a little chat with someone so passionate about sports.”
So, Swans fans, are you ready to give Snoop a warm Welsh welcome? Make sure you’re there to show your support and maybe catch a glimpse of the hip-hop icon in SA1! 🦢✨ #SwanseaCity #SnoopDogg #JackArmy
