🏉 **Wales U20s Triumph Over Scotland!** 🏆
Our young Welsh team dazzled at the Arms Park, bagging their first win of the U20s Six Nations with a thrilling 31-21 victory against Scotland. The powerhouse performances came from Luke Evans, Bailey Cutts, Dylan Scott, and Tom Howe, who all charged over for spectacular tries.
Kicking dynamo duo Carwyn Leggatt-Jones and Lloyd Lucas chipped in with 11 vital points, keeping the scoreboard ticking over nicely. Jac Pritchard’s scrum heroics and tactical brilliance from Deian Gwynne kept Wales strides ahead of their rivals.
After a dominant first-half showing, Wales stunned Scotland with a 19-0 lead. Despite a Scottish comeback attempt, including tries from Campbell Waugh, Jack Marshall, and Jamie McAughtrie, our boys held firm. A cheeky cross-kick from Leggatt-Jones to Scott and relentless pressure from the hosts sealed the win.
Scotland tried to claw back into the game, throwing everything at us in the dying moments, but Wales’ defense proved unyielding. Coach Richard Whiffin and fans alike were thrilled with the performance, setting hopes high for this talented squad’s future.
A round of applause for the team! What a night! 🎉👏
