🏉 Louis Rees-Zammit has caused a stir by claiming the full-back spot as his own favourite position. Despite Wales’ shaky start in the Six Nations, the electric 24-year-old insists the team is on the verge of something special. He’s been moved from his usual wing to the No.15 shirt, where he feels he gets more freedom to play his instinctive attacking game.

“When you’re wearing 15, you roam, you create, you’ve got the freedom to turn nothing into something,” Rees-Zammit shared. He has no doubts about his role, saying, “Whenever the ball’s in my hands, all I think of is scoring.” Positive vibes only, right?

After a stint in the NFL honing his athletic prowess, Rees-Zammit believes he’s back stronger, faster, and ready to unleash his explosive style on the rugby field. He admits the transition has been physical but is confident in his newfound strength.
Wales’ rough patch hasn’t dampened his spirits. Rees-Zammit trusts in the team’s on-field chemistry and the leadership of key figures like Dewi Lake, Tomos Williams, Josh Adams, and Adam Beard. They’re all about keeping things positive and focusing on doing their jobs right.
“It’s not going to change overnight,” he said, acknowledging fan frustration. But, he promises they’re working hard behind the scenes, bonding as a team, and keeping hopes high. The aim is for everything to click into place soon. Hang in there, fans! 🙌
Stay tuned for more magic on the pitch as the leadership team and seasoned players continue to steer the ship. Let’s show support for our lads in their quest to get back on a winning streak. 🔥🏆
