But here’s the thing – only 9 out of 75 Swansea councillors are currently signed up as referrers, which means many in our community might be missing out on essential support. With companies like Amazon donating surplus goods, and local groups pinpointing those in need, this partnership has already supported over 160,000 Swansea residents in just one year.
Heart-warming stories are coming out of this initiative, like the father setting up a home for his kids, and a mum escaping domestic abuse who could finally restock her kitchen and treat her children. 💓
