Matt shared heartbreaking insights, explaining, “Cardiac arrest can affect even the healthiest of young people. Raising awareness is crucial.” Kory’s zest for life extended beyond sports. He excelled in everything he put his mind to, whether it was performing arts, swimming, or his role at a renowned Penarth restaurant. Yet, his legacy lives on in the conversations his story has sparked and the actions his family and community have undertaken.
