🏉 Exciting Rugby Twist! 🏉

Meet Louis Lynagh, the talented rugby player who could’ve been a star in England’s Six Nations squad but ended up donning the Italian jersey. With legendary rugby genes from his dad, Michael Lynagh, Louis had the pick of three nations: Australia, England, and Italy. Raised in England and with a strong rugby lineage, England seemed like the natural choice. However, fate had other plans!

Before Steve Borthwick’s tenure, Louis was nearly chosen for England under coach Eddie Jones. But as Jones exited, so did Lynagh’s chances with England. Without a call from Borthwick, Lynagh faced tough times at Harlequins, pushing him to chart a new path in Italy.
Now, Louis has fully embraced his Italian roots, living with his grandfather in Treviso and making waves on Italy’s national team. He’s already celebrated victories against Scotland and Wales, and now he’s determined to help Italy score their first-ever win over England! 🇮🇹
Reflecting on his journey, Louis shares: “Playing for England was the dream, but representing Italy, my birth nation, feels right. We’re not just here to participate; we’re aiming to make history.” 🎉
As the Six Nations heats up, Louis Lynagh is one to watch! Can Italy conquer England this time? Let the games begin! 🏆
