Fast forward to now, Ronnie’s embracing city life in Dubai with his wife, actress Laila Rouass. After a successful 2025 season, the couple decided to soak up the Middle Eastern sunshine. Dubai’s strategic location offers Ronnie convenient travel options for tournaments in China and beyond, plus a dream practice facility. The bustling city life and top-notch gyms were a huge draw too.
The reason behind their move wasn’t just for the snooker – finding quality tables near Essex had become a chore, so Dubai made perfect sense! Despite considering Spain, the couple found Dubai more enticing being closer to key tournament spots.
