🎉 Exciting times for Sale Sharks fans! They’ve just announced the signing of Wales international Christ Tshiunza, set to join their ranks next season! 🏉
Christ, aged 24, is making a move from Exeter Chiefs on a one-year deal, opting to stay in the Gallagher Premiership instead of heading to Cardiff. With only 15 caps for Wales, his future eligibility for the national team might hang in the balance, but what an incredible opportunity with Sale!
He’s thrilled about what lies ahead: “When I spoke to Alex Sanderson, his vision for competing for big trophies really excited me. Playing against Sale has always been tough and dynamic, and I can’t wait to be part of such a physical and challenging team. Plus, reuniting with fellow Welshmen Nicky Smith and Tomas Francis will be brilliant!”
Despite setbacks from injuries recently, Tshiunza’s determination is inspiring. Alex Sanderson praised him as an intelligent, dynamic player whose best days are still to come. Together, they’re aiming to see him don that Wales shirt again!
With a strong Welsh contingent including WillGriff John already in place, Sale is gearing up for one thrilling season. We’re watching closely as Christ aims to reignite his career and showcase his remarkable potential. 🚀
