Remember the Wordle craze? Well, the Welsh mastermind behind it, Josh Wardle, is back with another brain teaser! After selling Wordle to The New York Times for a cool seven-figure sum, Josh hasn’t played his original game since. But he’s certainly kept his creative juices flowing. Josh, alongside a talented team, has just unveiled Parseword, a brand new word puzzle!

Inspired by his love of cryptic crosswords, Parseword challenges players to solve a cryptic clue each day. The puzzles grow more cunning and complex as the week rolls on! Josh says he adores the elegance hidden within these tricky clues – something he hopes players will enjoy discovering too.

Did you know Wordle started out as a lockdown project for Josh and his girlfriend? He never intended to profit from it, but eventually, the game brought him quite the windfall! Now, he’s back to crafting puzzles for the sheer love of language. Parseword promises to tickle your brain cells just like Wordle did. Fancy giving it a go?
