🚨 Heads up, Wales! 🚨 There’s some postal chaos today as Royal Mail announces delivery delays across certain postcodes. If you’re in Barry, Pontyclun, or Deeside, your mail might not show up on time.
The delay’s mainly due to local office issues, such as staff shortages and other challenges. Royal Mail is working to rotate deliveries and get things back on track. So if your post is late, hang in there—they’re on it!
Here are the affected postcodes:
– Barry: CF62, CF63
– Pontyclun: CF72
– Deeside: CH5
…and several others in the UK.
While Royal Mail’s been under fire for late deliveries, they’ve apologised for the inconvenience and are striving for improvement. It’s not perfect, but not disastrous, as their owner recently told MPs.
Heads up: from April 6, stamp prices are rising. First Class will be £1.80 and Second Class 91p, reflecting higher delivery costs and fewer letters sent.
Stay patient, everyone, and hopefully, we’ll be back to speedy deliveries soon! 📮✉️
