Vicky Brewis always felt like the big kid, constantly battling her weight. At 15, she’d find ways to skip PE, and snacking was her favourite pastime. Fast forward a few years, and with four little ones underfoot, Vicky hit her breaking point. Out of breath from simple tasks, she knew it was time for a change.

It all started with a lightbulb moment after her youngest was born. Determined to transform her health, Vicky began attending free exercise classes and learning to control portion sizes. Slowly but surely, she shed an astonishing 10 stone over two years! From quick diet fixes to thoughtful, nutritious meals, Vicky completely transformed her lifestyle.
But the journey wasn’t just about losing weight. While adapting to her son Zach’s ASD and ADHD diagnoses, fitness became her sanctuary. What started as a personal mission evolved into a new career path. Today, Vicky is an inspiring personal trainer, helping others find the same empowerment in fitness.

Her advice? It’s not about being perfect. It’s about learning to roll with life’s punches, showing resilience, and finding confidence in the journey. Now, having been nominated for PT of the Year in the British Fitness Awards, Vicky proves that it’s about more than just numbers on a scale—it’s about living a fulfilled, healthier life.
“Fitness is about what you gain: energy, purpose, and confidence,” she says. “Every setback is a setup for a comeback. You can get back on track and carry on stronger than before.” Vicky’s story is a triumph of will, reminding us all that with determination and the right mindset, transformation is possible. 🌟 #TransformationJourney #FitnessMotivation
