Cerith Thomas, a 44-year-old member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, was in a relationship with the woman for almost a decade until it came to an end. Unwilling to accept the breakup, Thomas bombarded her with countless calls and texts, insisting it was “pay back time” 🙄.
But the harassment didn’t stop there. Thomas took it further by sneaking over to her home and strapping a tracker to her car. It was only when she heard strange noises from her car that she discovered the device. 🚗🔍
Shocked and appalled, she went straight to the police. Thomas was swiftly arrested and charged with stalking involving serious alarm or distress. In court, it was revealed that the ordeal turned the woman’s home from “a sanctuary to a cage”, affecting her sleep and daily life while she’s pursuing her dream to become a doctor.
The court didn’t take kindly to Thomas’ actions. He was sentenced to eight months in jail, although he’ll only serve half behind bars, and a five-year restraining order was put in place to protect the victim.
