🏉 Who’s the fastest on the field? According to Louis Rees-Zammit, there’s only one player who can outpace him – and it’s none other than American speedster Carlin Isles! 🇺🇸🚀
Rees-Zammit, known for blazing past defenders with his lightning speed, recently chatted with TNT Sports about his top competition. The Welsh rugby sensation confidently claims he could beat some of the legends and current speedsters of the game, including Jonny May, Jonah Lomu, Will Jordan, and Cheslin Kolbe. Even the rapid Adam Radwan got a mention, but Rees-Zammit believes he’s got the edge 🏃♂️💨.
However, when it comes to Isles, Rees-Zammit admits defeat. With a history in athletics and a track record that labels him “The Fastest Man in Rugby”, Isles made a name for himself in rugby sevens, showcasing exceptional pace unmatched on the field. 🌟
Clocking his top speed at a jaw-dropping 24.2mph during Wales’ match against Fiji in 2021, Rees-Zammit has also turned heads in the NFL! At his Pro Day, he ran an impressive 4.44-second 40-yard dash. For perspective: this is faster than some of the NFL’s finest like Tyreek Hill! 🏈🔥
Whether on the rugby pitch or ventured into the NFL, Rees-Zammit’s explosive speed remains eye-catching and firmly places him as one of the fastest in any code. Not only is it amazing in theory, but it’s evident in every match he plays, making him a true jet on the field! 🏆
