🔪🔍 Notorious Double Murderer Dies in Prison 🔍🔪

David Baxendale, infamous for the brutal murder of Surrey mum Sarah Thomas in 2010, has passed away in HMP Frankland. Serving a whole-life sentence, the 55-year-old criminal was found guilty of Thomas’s murder after fleeing to Spain.

Back in 2001, Baxendale found himself in Spanish prison for a previous murder, making him one of the rare few with a history of multiple murders. His violent past caught up with him in 2011 when he lured Thomas to her own flat, ending her life in a savage act.

Police found Baxendale hiding in southern Spain after he fled the UK using his brother’s passport. Extradited following a public tip-off, he was sentenced to life in prison without parole by Guildford Crown Court.
An investigation into his prison death is now underway. His demise closes the chapter on a deeply troubling saga of violence and evasion. Thoughts are with the families affected by his actions. 💔
