Get ready, football fans! The Merseyside derby showdown between Everton and Liverpool is coming up, and it promises to be a match packed with excitement. This will be the first derby ever hosted at Everton’s new home, the Hill Dickinson Stadium, kicking off at 2 pm on Sunday, April 19.
Tune in to the action on Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Main Event, with coverage starting at 1 pm for all the pre-match build-up. If you’re streaming, Sky Go or the Sky Sports apps have you covered, or grab a Now TV Sports Membership to catch it on smart TVs and more.
For our friends in the US, the match will be live on USA Network with Telemundo providing Spanish commentary, and available to stream via Peacock Premium at 9 am ET.
Everton will miss Jack Grealish, with a question mark over Carlos Alcaraz’s return. Liverpool isn’t unscathed either, missing Hugo Ekitike, Conor Bradley, Giovanni Leoni, Wataru Endo, and possibly goalkeeper Alisson Becker.
Liverpool aims to bounce back from their Champions League exit and secure a top-four Premier League spot, while Everton looks to leverage home support for a memorable win as they chase European competition dreams.
A win for Everton narrows the gap to two points behind Liverpool, whereas victory for the Reds could bolster their Champions League hopes.
