Big changes could be on the horizon as plans for two massive industrial blocks near Neath have been submitted to the council. If approved, these new structures could rise to an impressive 53ft on land just off Neath Abbey Road, near the former CSN Engineering site.
What’s in the Proposal?

The first block is set to cover 340sqm and stand at 16.35m tall, while the second will be slightly larger at 420sqm with some parts reaching 14.75m high. Concerns have been raised about the proximity of the second block to nearby homes, leading to design tweaks to address these issues.
Nestled next to the new Aldi on Neath Abbey Road and the quaint Glynleiros Gardens, these proposed units aim to blend robust functionality with the existing industrial vibe.
