🚍🚔 Unbelievable scenes during a bus journey along the Welsh coast! Siobhan Webb, from Aberdare, shocked everyone when she allegedly assaulted a bus driver by grabbing his genitals after trying to “kiss” him. Things got even worse when the police arrived, as she spat at and hurled abuse at a female officer.
The bus had reached Abergele, and the driver only stepped up to calm Webb and her friends down, as they were drinking vodka and disturbing fellow passengers. But his attempts at keeping peace were met with aggression and unwanted advances.
Webb, with a history of offences, faced the Caernarfon Crown Court and admitted to her reckless actions, which included using racist and homophobic language. Her behaviour left the bus driver feeling anxious and the police officer appalled.
Fast forward, the 37-year-old will now serve more time behind bars, with an extended prison sentence of 34 weeks. The court acknowledged her remorse, and appointed her to the sex offenders’ notification register for seven years. Webb plans to tackle her drink and drug issues, longing for a fresh start.
A reminder of the everyday heroes out there – neither the bus driver nor the police officer deserved such treatment. Justice was served, and let’s hope for a new beginning for Webb when she gets out. 💼👮♀️
