🌍✨ Dreaming of an Italian escape? How about getting paid £83,000 to make it happen? That’s right! The stunning Trentino region in northern Italy, famous for its role in a James Bond car chase scene, wants to welcome you! 🚗💨
Nestled between the Dolomites and Lake Garda, Trentino is offering Brits a golden chance to restore one of its many abandoned properties. With its breathtaking landscapes and rich history, it’s a perfect place to build your dream home. 🏞️🏡
Here’s the deal: You can snag €100,000 (£83,565) to move there. That includes €20,000 for buying a house and €80,000 for renovations. Just commit to living in or renting out the home for ten years.
This initiative is more than just a generous grant. It’s about reviving communities, strengthening social ties, and giving new life to picturesque towns. So if you fancy swapping the hustle and bustle for serene alpine views, here’s your chance!
While the list of eligible towns isn’t out yet, areas like Val di Non, with a significant population decrease, are likely to be included. Whether you’re a nature lover, history buff, or just looking for a fresh start, Trentino offers a unique blend of charm and convenience. With Milan, Venice, and Verona just a short train ride away, you’ll never feel too far from Italy’s vibrant city life. 🚄
And did we mention the outdoor activities? From skiing in the winter to hiking and mountain biking in the summer, there’s always an adventure waiting.⛷️🚵♀️
