Woman Runs Over Acquaintance in Car on Purpose, Silent on Motive

A shocking case has unfolded in Port Talbot. Louise Blackwell, a 59-year-old barmaid, intentionally mowed down her friend in a fit of rage, leaving him critically injured at the roadside. The incident followed a night of drinking, but Blackwell refuses to disclose what sparked her violent outburst. The court heard how she turned her car around to hit her friend as he crossed the road, sending him flying 30ft. Despite his life-changing injuries, including facial damage and a permanent limp, Blackwell sped away, later attempting to cover her tracks by claiming she hit an animal.
