A shocking incident happened right outside the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff. Dashcam film captured the terrifying moment a woman was struck by a car as she began to cross a zebra crossing. It all occurred around 3 PM on Tuesday, April 28. The footage shows a large white car failing to stop in time, hitting the woman and causing her to fall. The car comes to a halt on the crossing, and two people quickly rush out to assist the victim.
Thankfully, it seems help arrived swiftly, but this serves as a stark reminder for all pedestrians and drivers to stay vigilant, especially around pedestrian crossings. Always remember to look both ways and ensure that any approaching vehicles have noticed you before stepping out.
