🚨 A Greater Manchester Police sergeant has been dismissed following shocking revelations of discriminatory behaviour 👮♀️

Sgt Natalie Dolan, a training officer with 25 years of service, was caught sending offensive WhatsApp messages mocking disabled people, including references to Katie Price’s son, Harvey. The messages were part of an 18-month exchange filled with derogatory comments. Despite claiming they were “jokes” taken out of context, the misconduct panel found her guilty of gross misconduct.

Katie Price has spoken out against the “disgusting behaviour,” vowing to fight against such attitudes. The hearing highlighted various offensive terms used by Dolan including insulting student officers and making unfounded claims against colleagues and senior officers.

The panel unanimously concluded that Dolan failed to uphold ethical standards, leading to her immediate dismissal. While her defence argued previous good character and remorse, the severity of her actions left no room for leniency. Dolan’s name has now been added to the College of Policing barring list.
In light of this, GMP reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining high professional standards and zero tolerance for discriminatory behaviour. They hope this outcome restores public trust and reflects their dedication to an inclusive environment.
