💕 Remembering Allen Booth: A True Hero 💕

Heartbreaking news from Port Talbot as we say goodbye to Allen Booth, an incredible dad and beloved Army veteran. Allen, who served with the Royal Regiment of Wales, faced a long and tough journey battling his health, enduring 21 strokes since 2018. Despite these challenges, he remained a pillar of strength and humour.

Pamela Booth, Allen’s sister, paints a picture of a warm and funny man who turned every challenge into a moment of light. Allen was not only a decorated soldier but also an amazing father to his three daughters. Even during his time in the hospital, he brought smiles to everyone around him, making friends with his contagious humour—even without words!

Allen’s passing marks another deep loss for Pamela, who previously lost her brother Craig to leukaemia at 16 and her father Malcolm to cancer. Despite these heartaches, she remains strong with the support of her mum Joyce and partner Jamie.
Allen’s legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched—family, friends, and his fellow Army mates. His sister shared, “Everyone loved him. He would do anything for those in need and was an extraordinary dad.”
To honour Allen, friends and family will gather on 7 May, embracing the dress code of camouflage or the Welsh Three Feathers, celebrating his remarkable life and service to the nation.
Rest in peace, Allen. Your courage and love will never be forgotten 🌿🇬🇧
