🏉 Big Weekend Alert! The Ospreys and Scarlets are all set for an epic face-off at the Brewery Field this Saturday at 5:30 pm. It’s not just another west Wales derby—it’s a special one! 🌟
Ospreys’ very own Jac Morgan will proudly don the captain’s armband one last time before moving to Gloucester next season. He’s feeling those farewell nerves, but with the Welsh Shield still in sight, there’s everything to play for. Also saying goodbye is Jack Walsh, heading to Montauban. And keep an eye out for Keelan Giles, making a comeback from injury on the bench.
Meanwhile, Scarlets fans will be thrilled to see Wales internationals Josh Macleod and Tom Rogers back on the field. Macleod returns from a hamstring hiccup, and Rogers is clear to play after going through head injury protocols. They’re ready to boost the Scarlets as they aim to dodge the bottom spot among Welsh teams.
While play-off hopes might be dashed, this match is all about pride, bragging rights, and perhaps securing some spots in Steve Tandy’s summer squad announcement next week. 🌍🇬🇧
Catch the line-ups here:
Ospreys: Jack Walsh, Iestyn Hopkins, Owen Watkin, among others.
Scarlets: Blair Murray, Tom Rogers, Joe Roberts, with more talented players on the field.
