In a tragic turn of events, three women have been found dead just off Brighton beach, as authorities believe they have now identified the victims. Emergency services sprang into action early Wednesday morning, responding to reports of concern for individuals in the water near Black Rock car park. Despite the rapid response by police, coastguards, and a helicopter, all three women, believed to be in their 20s and 30s, were sadly recovered from the sea.

Formal identification is still pending, but the families of these women have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers in this heart-wrenching time. Sussex Police emphasised that, currently, there’s no evidence to suggest any foul play. An investigation is underway to determine what led to this devastating incident.

Chief Superintendent Adam Hays shared his condolences, acknowledging the deep impact on the families and reminding the public of the ongoing investigation’s sensitivity. Authorities urge anyone with potentially helpful information to come forward.
