🚨 Big Changes at Cardiff Rugby! 🚨

Cardiff Rugby is saying goodbye to 11 players as a thrilling season wraps up. Among the departures, we’re bidding a fond farewell to Welsh legend Leigh Halfpenny, who’s set to retire at the age of 36. His stellar career has left an indelible mark on Welsh rugby, and he’ll surely be missed on the pitch.

Also on the move are Corey Domachowski and Ben Donnell, both heading to new opportunities, with Domachowski joining Scarlets and Donnell making his way to Ulster Rugby. Meanwhile, Ed Byrne is returning to Leinster Rugby after a brief stint with us.
Academy talent Will Davies-King is crossing the Severn Bridge for a fresh start in the English Championship, and centre Rory Jennings is also returning to England. They’ve both made significant contributions to our club and we wish them the best on their new adventures!
Mackenzie Martin finishes his loan with the Dragons and is set for a new chapter in France with Beziers. As we introduce new faces, we’re also saying goodbye to our academy stars Dylan Barratt, Ollie Das, Joseff Jones, and Harrison Rock.
Our head coach, Corniel van Zyl, honoured the departing players, expressing gratitude for their dedication and wishing them well in the future.
It’s been a memorable journey for all involved, and while they’ll no longer grace the Arms Park in blue and black, we know their next chapters will be just as thrilling. Here’s to the memories and to what comes next! 💙🖤
