Things got intense when Daniel’s father, Philip Morgan, joined forces with family members to stop the bulldozer madness. But it was a nail-biting chase! After evacuating the pub, Philip used his own digger to halt his son’s rampage, damaging the dashboard of the bulldozer and finally bringing it to a stop.

Daniel was kept in the cab until the police arrived. He was clearly under the influence, recording 125 micrograms of alcohol with some cocaine added into the mix too. 😬

No one was seriously hurt, but the pub suffered damages totalling £22,000, with additional losses due to cancelled bookings. Daniel admitted guilt in court to multiple charges, including reckless property damage and dangerous driving.

With an outpour of shock from those who know him as a “decent and hardworking guy,” it seems this incident was the result of a personal breaking point.

Sentenced to 40 months in prison with a two-year driving ban upon release, Daniel Morgan will have ample time to reflect on this chaotic episode.
