Imagine arriving at your dream holiday home, only to find it trashed! That was the unfortunate reality for Gavin and Kelly Rowlands, who manage the stunning Afan Forest House in Wales. When their latest guests finally departed, they left quite a dirty tale behind.

Cans for ashtrays, filthy pans, and piles of rubbish—what a nightmare! Their cleaner, Rose, took over four hours to restore the home to its inviting charm. “It was heartbreaking,” said Gavin. Ten guests stayed when only nine were supposed to, overstaying their welcome the next day. What a cheek!

Despite this setback, the Rowlands remain passionate about their property, cherished by many for its chill vibes and beautiful surroundings. Thanks to countless five-star reviews, they know most visitors respect the house’s welcoming spirit.
Gavin offered advice to fellow hosts: “Be vigilant with bookings. Reviews matter!” Located conveniently near bike trails, Afan Forest House sees visitors eager for adventure or just a peaceful escape.
A reminder for all: when using someone else’s space, leave only footprints! Here’s hoping the Rowlands’ next guests restore their faith in humanity. 🏡✨
