Imagine serving breakfast and then realising you’ve been chatting with a music superstar! That’s exactly what happened to staff at a cosy hotel in Port Talbot when they realised they were serving British rapper Tinchy Stryder. Known for hits like “Number 1” and “Never Leave You,” Tinchy was in town for the In It Together Festival.
Staying at Blanco’s Hotel and Restaurant, Tinchy took everyone by surprise with his unexpected stay. According to hotel staff, he blended right in and was as friendly as could be. “He just started chatting with us during breakfast, and we didn’t even realise it was him at first!” said a member of the breakfast team.
💬 The best part? Tinchy couldn’t get enough of the local Welsh accent, expressing his love for it throughout his stay. The staff found his easygoing nature and chatty ways absolutely delightful.
🎶 Although his visit was short and sweet, just until Saturday, Tinchy’s charm clearly left a mark. The hotel has seen its fair share of famous faces, including Rob Brydon and Michael Sheen, but they’d be more than happy to welcome Tinchy back anytime.
