🚨 **Shocking Shooting in Prescot!** 🚨
Two men in their 20s have been rushed to hospital with gunshot wounds after a dramatic daytime shooting in Merseyside this Sunday. It happened on Pottery Lane, near Stadt Moers Park, and called for air ambulances to swiftly take the victims away for emergency treatment.
Police have swarmed the area and are leaving no stone unturned in their hunt for evidence. Detective Superintendent Paul Speight has urged everyone to steer clear of the scene and is calling on the community to help gather any footage or information. If you’ve got CCTV, dashcam, or doorbell footage, your input is crucial as officers believe this to be a targeted attack.
Firing shots in our communities, especially on a peaceful Sunday afternoon, is more than heart-stopping. While gun crime here is increasingly rare, your support and cooperation can help turn things around swiftly. 🚨
