🌊 Heartbreaking Tragedy at Formby Beach 🌊
In a tragic turn of events, two off-duty nurses recently showed incredible bravery in a desperate attempt to save 15-year-old Chiedza Nyanjowa at Formby Beach. Chiedza, described by her family as a “bubbly” and “kind-hearted” soul, tragically passed away after encountering difficulties in the water.
While visiting the beach, nurses Tara Oswick and her friend Emma leapt into action the moment they spotted trouble. Despite the lack of equipment and tricky conditions, including a rising tide, they performed CPR for 25 exhausting minutes, determined to give Chiedza every possible fighting chance until emergency services arrived.
Tara expressed her sorrow on social media, bidding farewell to the “princess” they tried so hard to save, and sending their love to Chiedza’s grieving family.
