🏴 Exciting news for Wales football fans! Craig Bellamy has pledged his future to Wales, despite tempting offers from some top clubs, including Celtic and Burnley. Even with Wales narrowly missing out on World Cup qualification, Bellamy is fired up for the Euro 2028 journey, right here in the UK! 🇬🇧
The former Wales star revealed the strong bond he shares with FAW’s Noel Mooney, crediting this relationship as a cornerstone of his commitment. He admits he’s keen to jump into club management eventually, but for now, he’s all in with Wales. “Wales gave me this opportunity, and I’m grateful,” Bellamy said. 🙌
What about future prospects? Bellamy hinted that ex-captain Aaron Ramsey might have a promising coaching career ahead. Ramsey, who hung up his boots recently, is already a role model for young players and could be a big asset for Welsh football in the future. ⚽️
Bellamy’s loyalty and passion for the national team shine through, as he insists on sticking with his group of players for another challenge. He can’t imagine walking away when he’s got their backs—and theirs his. “We’re going again, you know. We’ve got another two years. Let’s go,” he declared with determination. 🚀
