📱🔧 O2 Customers in Swansea Frustrated by Signal Woes! 🔧📶

If you’re in Swansea and rely on O2 for your mobile service, you might have noticed some unwelcome interruptions lately. Dropped calls, unsent messages, and snail-paced internet speeds have become all too familiar for many. 😤

It’s been two years since initial complaints, and many locals argue that not much has changed. A Llansamlet resident remarked, “I’ve had issues for years, and it feels like nothing’s improving.”
O2 has acknowledged the ongoing issues, specifically in the Llansamlet area, and apologised for any inconvenience. They’re currently working with infrastructure partner Vodafone to boost network capacity and performance. 📲 Meanwhile, they recommend enabling Wi-Fi Calling to help avoid disruptions.
Local voices are mixed, with some sharing tailwinds about lost connections and others claiming smooth sailing. For example, Maureen Hughes from Plasmarl struggles with dropped calls, while Julie Goulding happily reports no issues with her signal.
Ezz Lewis is ready to part ways with O2 as their contract ends soon, citing ineffective 5G in town. Meanwhile, Jessica Beavan with Sky [O2] states she “literally has no signal” in town. Katrina Hodges jokes about Swansea being a “black hole” for signals, and others like Rebekah Jenkins with EE share that their troubles are limited to specific areas like the Gower.
Despite these frustrations, some customers like Lynda Jefferies have stuck with O2 for years without much trouble, even on a nine-year-old handset!
With O2 striving to strengthen their network, here’s hoping for better connectivity soon. 📡🤞
