🏉 Attention Welsh rugby fans! Exciting changes are on the horizon as several of our talented players make moves back across the Severn. 🌉
Young and promising Welsh-qualified players have recently left their English clubs. Exeter, Harlequins, and Gloucester have all announced their departing stars as the season wraps up. Among these, Math Jones, a notable name from Wales U18s and U19s, is looking for new opportunities. Previously part of Harlequins’ academy, where will he land next? 🤔 There’s a whisper that some Welsh clubs are keen to bring him back home. Surely worth a look, right?
Meanwhile, Wales fly-half Jarrod Evans is reportedly heading back to Cardiff after a stint with Harlequins. It looks like a homecoming for the rugby star! 🏠 Also on the move is tighthead Joe Jones, joining the ranks of the Championship winners Worcester. 🏆
Exeter has its fair share of changes too, with former Wales U20s fly-half Iwan Jenkins setting his sights on Plymouth Albion, and back-three talent Dan John preparing for his next chapter, though details are still under wraps. 🤐 Orson James, another Welsh gem, might make his way back to Cornish Pirates after a loan spell. 🔄
Over at Sale, releases include Wales prop WillGriff John and back-rower Huw Davies. It’s a season of exciting shifts, and we’re eager to see how our home talent flourishes.
