Father Calls Son ‘Crazy’ in Emergency Call After Stabbing Incident 🚨

A dramatic courtroom scene unfolded as jurors at Liverpool Crown Court were presented with a shocking 999 call recording. During the call, a father described his son as a “crazy b******” moments after being stabbed in the chest. Andrew Roberts allegedly attacked his dad, David Roberts, after a film night took a dark turn.
According to the prosecution, the chilling incident transpired after Andrew, 37, had been drinking heavily the night prior. Despite apologising the next morning, tensions boiled over as the duo relaxed at home. Prosecutor Gerry Baxter detailed how Andrew, without warning, reached for a blade and plunged it into his father’s chest. Moments before the attack, he reportedly told his father, “This is the last time you ever get a kiss off me” and kissed him on the head.

The grim testimony revealed how David initially thought his son was heading to the bathroom, but was instead met with violence. Blood “spurting” from his chest and hands, he managed to lock the door as Andrew fled.
The subsequent call to emergency services captured David’s desperate plea for help: “My son just got up and stabbed me…He’s stabbed me in the bloody chest as well.”
As police launched a manhunt, Andrew attempted to flee but was soon found by officers in an alleyway, reportedly still clutching a beer. Upon arrest, he claimed self-defence, alleging David was the aggressor, influenced by alcohol.
Incoming text messages revealed a troubling narrative. The night before, Andrew had texted his wife, “I wanna come home or kill him,” expressing mounting tension. On the morning of the attack, he ominously texted, “If you don’t hear from me, I’ve killed him.”
Andrew Roberts denies charges of attempted murder and wounding with intent. The gripping trial continues, keeping all on the edge of their seats. Updates will follow as more details emerge from this shocking case.
