The spell not only rebuilt his confidence but also reignited his passion. “Getting back out there in front of fans was brilliant. I learned loads at Cardiff and I’m grateful for the experience,” he expressed.
Now, as Scanlon returns to Liverpool, he’s hungry to showcase his talent to the newly appointed boss, Andoni Iraola. His eyes are firmly set on Anfield. “For pre-season, I’m keen to prove myself. Playing for Liverpool has always been my dream and I’m ready for any challenge,” he added.
