🎶 Exciting news, music fans! The Hawkstone Farmers’ Choir, winners of this year’s Britain’s Got Talent, are all set to perform at the Royal Welsh Show this July! 🏆🎤
Mark your calendars for Monday, July 20th, as this 34-strong choir, formed by none other than Jeremy Clarkson, takes over the Main Ring on the opening day. Originally created as part of an ad campaign for Clarkson’s brewing business, the choir has evolved into a powerful voice for mental health awareness within the farming community.
With an impressive 10 Welsh members, the choir wowed millions during the BGT heats with their heartfelt performances and an inspiring original song, “This is Home.” Their moving message about mental health made them the first choir ever to win the competition!
Rosie Jones, the lead female soloist and a proud beef and sheep farmer from Mid Wales, shared her excitement: “What an honour to perform at the Royal Welsh Show 2026! This incredible journey keeps bringing us closer and helping us build a strong community. In tough times, our choir has become a beacon of connection, support, and hope.”
The Chief Executive of the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society, Aled Rhys Jones, expressed his delight: “We are thrilled to welcome the Hawkstone Farmers’ Choir. Their performance in front of thousands of visitors promises to be truly special, especially as many choir members have a deep connection with the Show.”
Don’t miss this chance to catch their first official performance in Wales since their BGT victory. It’s bound to be an unforgettable experience! 🎉🌟
