Want to try Dr Khan’s ginger and turmeric shot at home? You’ll need 60g raw ginger, juice of a whole lemon, 3 teaspoons of honey, a whole apple, a pinch of pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder. But a word of caution – if you’re on blood thinners, consult your doctor first.
