🚨 Instant Justice on the Streets of Cardiff! 🚨

Meet Dean Gauci, the property manager who took matters into his own hands when he discovered an inconsiderate neighbour had been fly-tipping outside the flats he oversees.
It was just another day for Dean in Cardiff when he stumbled upon seven bags of household waste casually dumped near the property. Armed with determination and a stack of CCTV footage, Dean was on a mission to find the culprit—and he did!

After sifting through hours of footage, Dean identified the litterbug, living just ten houses down. With the help of some neighbours, he pinpointed the culprit’s exact residence. But what Dean did next is something you won’t believe—he returned the favour by piling the rubbish right back onto the fly-tipper’s doorstep!
When confronted, the red-faced fly-tipper sheepishly admitted, “I was going to move this, sorry mate.”

Dean, determined to put an end to these constant acts of fly-tipping, said, “I could have easily disposed of it at a charge to the landlord, but I wanted to do the right thing. I was fed up with people doing this.”
We’ve seen stories of revenge, but nothing beats a neighbourly dose of justice like this! Hats off to Dean for standing up against the messy minority and keeping Cardiff’s streets clean!
