🚨 Big Changes at Swansea City! 🚨
Swansea City is shaking things up! ⚽️ The club has revealed a major reshuffle within its coaching and recruitment staff. Say hello to Pedro Pereira, the new head of goalkeeping! 🧤 With an impressive 15+ years of experience, Pedro’s journey has taken him from Red Bull Salzburg to Al Sadd, and now, to Swansea. He’s got some serious credentials working with head coach Vitor Matos at both Porto and Salzburg. 🇵🇹
But that’s not all—congratulations are in order for Jay Lefevre who’s been promoted to head of recruitment. 📈 Jay joined Swansea as chief scout from Celtic back in December 2025 and has already made a mark by shaping our summer transfer strategy. He’s reporting directly to the newly appointed sporting director, Ben Stevens. Well done, Jay! 👏
We’re also bidding farewell to assistant head coach Ryan Maye, who’s leaving the club by mutual consent. A big thank you to Ryan for his contributions! 🙌 Let’s all wish him the best for the future.
The Swans are ready for a fresh start and exciting new chapters! Stay tuned for more updates and let us know what you think of these changes in the comments. 🤔🔄 #SwanseaCity #FootballChanges #SwansReshuffle
