The incident started when the two men, who reportedly had a history, crossed paths on February 1st. What began as a verbal spat quickly became physical, with Wilkinson resorting to violence using multiple weapons. Despite Mr Evans’ attempt to walk away, Wilkinson pursued him with his van, causing unspeakable harm to both Mr Evans and his dog. 🐶
