🏉 Exciting rugby weekend ahead! Wales head coach Steve Tandy is gearing up for an intense showdown against the Barbarians at Twickenham this Saturday. Even without 13 players based abroad, Tandy is treating this uncapped match like a full-scale Test. Expect fierce competition with four fresh faces ready to make an impact from the bench! 🌟
Tandy is thrilled to have Jac Morgan back, bringing energy and quality to the squad. Dewi keeps the captain’s armband, but it’s a team effort with leaders like Josh Adams, Tommy, and Joe Hawkins stepping up.
Teddy Williams returns after a long break, ready to bring his smart play and athletic ability back on the pitch. It’s a big chance for the new caps on the bench: Ryan Woodman, Rhys Barratt, Ben Warren, and Harrison Keddie.
Expect a game full of surprises from the legendary Barbarians. It’s not just a friendly; it’s prep for three upcoming big Test matches! The squad is eager to prove themselves and keep building chemistry. 🤜🤛
We’ve got some big names, too – like George North, who’s always one to watch, promising excitement and fierce competition.
Tandy’s ready to pick the best — and everyone’s gunning for a place! It’s heating up, not just due to the weather. Expect a sizzler of a match! 🔥🏈
