🚨 Transfer Drama Alert! 🚨
Cardiff City’s transfer plans have taken an unexpected turn. Rumour had it that the Bluebirds were eyeing Estonian dynamo Rocco Shein, but it seems they might be losing out to Championship rivals Portsmouth. The 22-year-old, currently dazzling at Fredrikstad, has caught the eye of quite a few clubs this summer but now finds himself most likely heading to the South coast instead of joining the Welsh side.
This talented midfielder, who stands at an impressive 6ft 1in, isn’t just your average central player; he’s got a flair for playmaking and can even dazzle on the wing! With two goals and two assists in just 11 matches so far this season, it’s no wonder clubs are lining up for his signature.
Cardiff, keen to bolster their ranks for the upcoming season, are still on the hunt for a heavy-hitting midfielder, among other positions, as they shake up their squad. But while fans might have hoped to see Shein don the Bluebirds jersey, it seems Portsmouth are poised to swoop in.
Cardiff supporters, how do you feel about this twist? Do you think Shein could have been the missing piece for the Bluebirds? Let us know your thoughts in the comments! 👇⚽️
