🚨 Traffic Alert in Bargoed! 🚨
If you’re planning to travel through Bargoed today, take note! The A469 is currently closed in both directions due to an accident involving a bus and a car. 🚗🚌
The incident occurred around 7:15 am, between the Morrisons and fire station roundabouts. Gwent Police rushed to the scene, and the South Wales Fire and Rescue Service also attended due to a fuel spill on the road.
No hospital visits were needed, but we hear the car driver sustained a minor injury. Right now, the council is working hard to clear the spill and get everything back to normal. Diversions are in place, so make sure to plan your route accordingly!
Stay safe out there, and check back for more updates. 🚧
