For a year, Carson’s leg was in a clamshell cast, waiting for the big day when he could undergo surgery. 🕰️ His operation lasted over five hours and, despite the uncertainty of what lies ahead, Carson continues to amaze everyone with his cheerful nature. He finds ingenious ways to move around, from bum shuffling to walking on his knees, and never stops smiling. 😄

Mum Courtney shared how the scream that morning felt like something out of a bad dream. They rushed Carson to A&E, where they faced uncertainty until they got the CPT diagnosis. The waiting game for surgery wasn’t easy, but this family’s spirit is nothing short of inspiring.

Carson’s story doesn’t stop here. While he recovers, he’s loving every moment of fun activities like bowling! 🎳 His joy is uncontainable over a simple “nino” at the hospital café. And speaking of Sheffield Children’s Hospital, Carson’s parents can’t praise the staff enough for their incredible support.

Now, with dreams of fundraising for the hospital and the British Limb Reconstruction Society, Courtney and Carter are on a mission to return the love and support they’ve been shown. 🙌

Let’s send all our good vibes to Carson and his family. Their story is a beautiful reminder of resilience and community spirit. 🌟💪
