A mysterious tragedy has struck Cardiff. Tyler Jack Richards, a 30-year-old man, was found dead in his home in Llanedeyrn in June of last year. Last in contact with his family just three days before his passing, Tyler’s sudden death has left many seeking answers.
Despite a thorough investigation, the inquest at Pontypridd’s coroner’s court couldn’t pinpoint a clear cause of death. Tyler had a medical history that included chronic back pain and scoliosis, as well as anxiety and depression, for which he was receiving treatment. However, the post-mortem did not reveal any definitive medical cause for his untimely demise.
The coroner, Patricia Morgan, confirmed that there was no evidence pointing to third-party involvement, leaving the court to record an open conclusion. Tyler, a Cardiff native, was unemployed at the time of his death.
