Heartbreaking news shakes Carmarthenshire as a tragic crash claims the life of 38-year-old Ashley Wayne Keane. On July 3, Ashley lost his life in a devastating collision involving a van and a bus on the A40 between Llandeilo and Nantgaredig. His family, overwhelmed with grief, shared an emotional tribute, saying, “We are utterly heartbroken by the sudden and tragic loss of Ashley. He will forever be in our hearts.”
Emergency services, including the Wales Air Ambulance, rushed to the scene, but sadly, Ashley was pronounced dead at the site. Two others were injured in the crash—a 14-year-old and the bus driver—both of whom were taken to Glangwili Hospital. Thankfully, their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
