Exciting news for rugby fans! Former Wales U20s standout, Ryan Conbeer, has made a big move at 27! After parting ways with the Ospreys, he’s set to dazzle fans at Bridgend Ravens as part of the 2026/27 Super Rygbi Cymru campaign. Once a rising star with the Scarlets and tipped to shine on the world stage, Conbeer’s journey has seen its fair share of ups and downs. After leaving the Scarlets in 2024 and facing the prospect of life away from professional rugby, he joined the Ospreys, only to be released again.
Despite an eventual offer to stay, Conbeer decided to carve a new path, choosing Bridgend Ravens as his next chapter. This move not only marks a fresh start for Ryan but also adds an exciting twist to the upcoming season. Conbeer’s journey is a reminder of the highs and lows of professional sport and the resilience required to pursue your dreams.
